To begin, log in to your portal and navigate to the “Orders” section on the top left of the screen. Once there, ensure the status filter is set to “Completed.” This will display all your past orders that have been fulfilled. From this list, you can easily revisit and select any order you wish to reorder without the hassle of reviewing the entire project.
If you would like to make any changes to the original order, you can note those changes in the comments section provided. Additionally, you can also upload a file that visually represents your requested adjustments. Whether you are requesting to update artwork, adjusting quantities, or changing any specifications, this feature ensures our team has all the necessary information to review and prepare your updated requests accurately.
If you intend to reorder the exact same item with no changes whatsoever, simply type “exact same” or something of the equivalent as a comment instead. This lets our team know that you’re requesting an identical repeat of the previous order.
Once you’ve submitted your reorder request, you can expect to receive a quote from us within one business day. After that, we’ll take care of the rest.
