Building a Successful Job

We know that submitting a new job can be intimidating if you aren’t sure what information to include. Take a look at our simple guide below to ensure your job is submitted correctly every time.

General information

Fill out all of the basic information for us to be able to contact you and build a quote.

    • Contact name/company name
    • Address
    • Phone
    • Email
    • Shipping Address

Depending on what is being ordered we will need differering information and file types.

Apparel/Embroidery:

Vector artwork/logo is preferred but high quality .jpg and .png can work if vector artwork is not available.

    • Vector files are: .pdf, .ai, .svg, and .eps

Print:

    • Submit files in PDF format with the file size the same size you wish to be printed (Example, if you want a 48” x 12” banner, make the document size 48” x 12”)
    • If you want your images to bleed off the page, be sure to have bleeds in your document. Learn more about bleeds here.
    • Ensure your colors are correct. For example, if you have specific brand colors be sure they are the CMYK values instead of RGB.
Substrate 

For each project you start with us, there is a specific substrate it will be going on. Please provide any specifics about what you want your project on. For print and mail, let us know if you would like thick, thin, glossy, uncoated, white, off-white, or any other variation of paper. For apparel, specific garment types, sizes, and colors is helpful. Similarly, having any item numbers and colors handy for promotional items helps speed up the process.
